Natural Marble Slab

Marble slabs are commonly found on the stone market or on social media. Most of the stone suppliers would like to share photos of their marble slabs on social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest to attract attention. Natural marble is one of the top options for interior decoration, people can watch the marble slab photos on devices to imagine if these marble slabs could be applied to their interior decoration.

Marble slabs are cut from the marble block. Normally, a marble block can be cut into 400-500 marble slabs. The thickness of marble slabs is 18mm, 20mm, and 30mm normally. The marble slabs need about seven days from the marble block until ready to display in the showroom. Within seven days, there are so many steps to process and make sure the marble slab is ready to sell.

  1. The marble block needs to wrap the glue and cover the mesh to protect the marble’s external surface and wait one day at least for the cut.
  2. The machine cutting one marble block into 400-500 slabs needs about two days.
  3. After cutted, the marble slabs need to wait to dry, then cover with the epoxy and mesh at the backside of each slab for reinforcement.
  4. Find out the natural crack and use glue to fill it up.
  5. Wrap the epoxy on the surface then place it into the polish machine. The marble slab surface can be processed as polished or honed depending on the client’s requirements.

We are displaying our four main colors which are Taiwan Green Marble slabs, Apollo Beige Marble slabs, Gal Grey Marble slabs, and Cloud White Marble slabs. For each series of colors, we separated the slabs by textures and blocks on different iron shelves.
